Dean Patterson-YC Bible Institute

Dean is a man of great insight and knowledge for the Word of God and brings his wisdom and experience to the ministry with the YC Bible Institute, taking the staff through classes including Bible Doctrine and many other studies as well.

Autumn Blake-Personal Assistant to the Director

Autumn brings her organization and her passion to see the youth reached with the gospel of Christ. She brings an incredible balance and order to this ministry. Other passions of hers are her daughter, volleyball, her young women ministries and music.

Micaila Cleaver-Camp Machasay & Web Design

Micaila's enthusiasm for the Lord and her work ethic is infectious and brings a balance to the ministry. Her love for learning new things & working with the younger kids makes her a great asset to Youth Challenge. She is also passionate about horses, photography, music, cooking and anything outdoors.

Fred Voltmer-Bible Quizzing Director

Fred lives with his family in Torrington, Wyoming. He oversees our Bible Quizzing ministry. He pastored for eleven years before joining Youth Challenge full-time.

Tracy lives with her family in Grand Junction, Colorado. She oversees the Bible Quizzing ministry on the Western Slope. She has been with the ministry for many years.

Pete Cohen- National Director of Jamaica YC Branch

Pete and his wife reside in Montego Bay, Jamaica. He oversees the Youth Challenge branch in Jamaica and directs the missions and bible quizzing programs.
